For a refund or exchange, items must be tagged and not worn. If item(s) was shipped request for refund or exchange must be issued within 7 days of you receiving your order. Customer is responsible for return shipping. If you have a concern please let us know ASAP! In store purchases may be brought in for exchange or refund as long as item(s) are tagged and not worn within 10 days of purchase. After 10 days a store credit will be issued.
